We have been staying at La Catalina for over 8 years. Incredibly warm, friendly and truly wonderful staff. It is the PERFECT location if golf at Playa Grande is your destination. Beautiful beaches nearby. Very low-key. Modest accomodations, yet clean. Superb breakfasts. Best meals in town. Inexpensive...in fact, really a great value. Heavenly views. The food was superb, the accomodations comfortable and roomy, and the owners of the hotel were welcoming and personable. It's great for a romantic vacation away from the kids.
