I went to this beautiful place for the 3rd time this last winter 2009. Weather was so so and it was impossible to swim because the huge waves, as the last time, in 2008 with my wife. The view was breath taking... The staff... Wonderful... Except... Alex (1 of the entertainment staff)... karaoke time was toooooooooo long and Alex sang most of the time and he can't sing! Came here in 2006 when it was Eden Bay transitioning to Caliente Caribe. They've made some nice improvements but the resort is also going downhill in many ways.
