The Barcelo is an average hotel with some excellent qualities, and some issues. I had an excellent vacation even with some of the limitations of the hotel. The rooms are huge. I asked for a room on the 3rd floor as I loved the slope of the ceiling and the natural wood. My room resembled a suite and was beautiful.... more
