We went south for the first time in summer. This is a lovely place and the upgrage to AMBER was worth it. Curiously the bus from airport is plastered with "pay the upgrade" placards. I have to full agree with a review I just read from ShamrockMississauga. We were at this resort Nov 7-14 2009 and stayed in the Ambar section. We were part of a larger group there for a destination wedding. The resort itself is kept orderly and very nice and the main areas (pool/lobby/beach) were always clean. We stayed one week Nov 8-15 and it was wonderful. I'll try not to repeat what others have already said so just believe all of the positives! Other things to note: -they had hand sanitizer everywhere - how great! -all food was washed with filtered water and ice was also made with this water -we never had any stomach issues... more
