Just returned from vacation here. ROOM - We stayed in room 387 and the bed was horrible. It must have been about 30 years old. Was a good trip. The staff was amazing especially the entertainment staff. They put on great shows and made an effort to get to know all the guests. Staff at the restaurants were super friendly and the resort was always kept clean.

Beautiful beaches...great pool... If you go make sure you upgrade to the Platinum...that way you get preferencial reservation for restaurants, seperate conceirge, and your room is right at the beach! We arrived on may 10th 2013, very warm welcome on behalf of the hotel staff, beautiful room, the service was spectacular, hotel overall was clean, food was amazing, huge variety of buffet, also a la carte restaurants were awesome, could not complain about anything in this hotel! Want to go back for sure.
