Arrived late Nov 20 and check in was fairly quick and even though they had a few rooms under renovations, we got the room and location that we asked for. Pillows still not great, but we made do. We returned today from our trip to Melia Caribe Tropical. We went with out 9 year old son and another couple. Hotel staff and service were excellent. All very friendly accomodating people. The grounds were stunning. Very well kept and beautfiully designed. The room was medicore. The bathroom could have been cleaner and more updated.
