We had a wonderful time at dreams palm beach. The staff and service was great. Rey with the entertainment staff was wonderful. He was full of energy and always smiling and having a great time. We stayed at the Dreams Palm Beach, supposedly a 6 * Resort. Service at the bar areas and restaurants was poor. Most times there was only 1 bartender at the beach bar. There was only 1 evening bar with music and only 2 bartenders to help everyone. Most times you had a wait of 20--25 minutes to get a drink.... more
