On balance, I'd call this resort perfectly adequate but no more. Because of bad lock in main doors to my room someone during my a'la carte dinner came and searched my personal items. Just got back from a 2 week stay and really enjoyed it. We found our room to be spotless everyday and didn't hace a problem with mosquitos in communal areas but we both covered up with lots of repellent anyway. The Hotel is great but be aware of the men that sell excursions on the beach. We were ripped off by this fat guy with a blue polo called ALEX who says he has permission of the hotel to sell tours. Overall the trip was good, but it did have some room for improvement. Here goes: FOOD: pretty good, the a la carte restaurants rotated and there was always a buffet open.
