Cap Cana Oasis is a very large five building villa compound overlooking the par three 7th Green of Cap Cana's prized Jack Nicklaus Signature Design golf course, Punta Espada. The PGA Champions Tour has been held for three (3) consecutive years (2008, 2009 & 2010) at Punta Espada. It also has been ranked as the #1 Golf Course in the Caribbean or Mexico by Golf Week Magazine for the past three (3) years. You can chip onto the 7th Green from the backyard. The 7th Green is shaped like a (Golden) Bear Claw. PERFECT LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION.... There are Southern views of the ocean and Trump Farallon Mountain to the West. The property is literally a 5 minute drive by Golf Cart to key locations: Punta Espada Clubhouse; Caleton Beach Club; &, The Golden Bear Spa. A free luxurious resort shuttle will take you to any other resort destination (Marina, Reosrt Hotel area, Juanillo Beach, Trump Farrallon Mountain, [e]Scape2 Cap Cana activities area, etc) for free. The resort is a 10 minute drive from the Punta Cana (PUJ) Airport. Across from the airport is Punta Cana Village Shopping & Restaurant Center. The five buildings consist of the main building with a large Great Room (Living Room, Foyer and Dining Room), Large gourmet kitchen, two en suite servants quarters and laundry/utility room and a half bath. One of the servants quarters is available for sleeping and contains bunk beds and air-conditioning. The other servants quarters is home to your very own live-in maid. The other four villas are en suite master bedrooms. Two of them have two Queen Size beds. One has two bunk-beds with full/double size lower beds and a bathtub shower. The remaining villa is the grand master bedroom with a living area with a pull-out sofa sleeper and direct views of the 7th Green and the Caribbean Ocean. The beds are pillow-top mattresses with 600 thread count linens. The linens and your personal laundry are cleaned every day. A four seater golf cart is also included (as well as the live-in housekeeper). A chef, cook, butler/driver, as well as additional servants can also be obtained if needed. However, the maid is amazing and can prepare meals for small groups. My private Property Manager will have the house stocked with all of your grocery and beverage needs upon your arrival. She can also assist with all of your needs to provide a truly exquisite and luxurious vacation experience.In the center of the property is a private gunite swimming pool, oversized Gazebo and then a gunite Hot Tub and large deck overlooking the 7th Green and Ocean to the South. The property is situated on a 20 foot bluff so the views are panoramic while providing privacy at the same time.The grounds were customized with ramps to allow for wheelchair and baby stroller accessibility around the villas, pool, gazebo and hot tub deck. This is a fully equipped property with all the major conveniences and comforts one could desire (2 Stainless Fridges, Weber Large Propane BBQ, 5 Flatscreen TVs, Blue Rays, iPod/iPhone Docking Stations, etc, etc.). We entertain our family and friends here often. We maintain and invest into it as we do our primary residence.
