The staff was amazing especially these three individuals WOW, CLARY AND BRILLITO. They made you feel so welcome. The food needs an upgrade, however the resort was great. The mexican restaurant was horrible. Didn't have a chance to try the Japanese restaurant was a little skeptical.

Would not go back. Very crowded and noisy . Service in main restaurant was best but food was not great in the others. The waiting list for the Japanese restaurant was very unorganized. The food was amazing, I don't know how anyone is complaining. I have extreme dietary restrictions and I had not one problem. The shows were great, the people were great, the location was awesome. If you look at the weather and it says rain dont listen. It was beautiful. Best vacation. Go and enjoy!

We were in the DR from March 6-13, 2013. The Catalonia grounds were absolutely beautiful. Even though it was such a big resort, you never felt crowded.
