I don't know what is up with all the negative reviews on this resort. Don't get me wrong, it's not perfect, and it's perhaps overrated as a 4 star resort. I and my wife had a great time however. The staff were wonderful, always with smiles and prompt service. Our hotel building was literally 5 mins' walk to the beach. 9 swimming pools within the resort, all at walking distance. 5 restaurants; all you can eat and all you can drink. Very clean rooms.
