Be aware that, as the hotel is Italian run, most of the other guests are Italian. The staff too speak Italian rather than English (no problem if you speak Spanish of course!). Todo Blanco is a beautiful, Italian run hotel in Las Galeras in the Dominican Republic. The grounds are well manicured, and breakfast is included.
