Clean, private rooms. Ice-cold air conditioning, comfortable beds, plenty of solar hot water, enormous backup water installation, all-night security patrols. The pool is clean and cool. The pool bar is fully stocked. It's a stone's throw from Grand Anse beach (a short walk past the police station) and close to shops & restaurants, but private enough on the Morne Rouge... more

Others have said it all really - a very quiet place when we went - hardly saw a soul. The restaurant blurb over-rates it and it's also over-priced so no-one uses it. If you like being alone in the restaurant and in the pool then this is the place. We self-catered as we have a seven year old - it's... more

Just got back today and I would not hesitate to return to the Blue Horizons. The reasons are the location, which is a short stroll to the beach, short stroll to the supermarket and local shops, the very comprehensively equipped kitchen, and the beauty and friendliness of the Grenadians. I encountered nothing but friendliness from every single person I met.... more

Hotel gardens were lovely, did need the cleanliness of each cottage looked at and the decor does need updating, the staff O.K. could have been more helpful, a good spot as near to beach and the use of Spice Island loungers etc, just needs a little T.L.C to make the visitors more at home. more

I'm at a total loss to understand why anyone would give this resort anything less than 5 stars. Clean, spacious bungalow studios, a constantly empty pool and sun-loungers in abundance, friendly staff and a mere 3/4 minute walk from the glorious Grand Anse beach (pictures do not do the white sands and azure waters justice)... what more could you want... more

It's not a terrible place to stay, but it is slightly run down, and overpriced for what it is. The rooms are a bit dark inside due to very small windows, and the kitchens are very old and shabby. It kind of puts you off spending any time in the apartment and cooking for yourself, which defeats the point of... more

Blue Horizons is in a wonderful location but could do with some improvement to realise it's true potential. On arrival the allocated 'suite' was really shabby and 'tired' but the next day we were moved to a much better room which was really clean and tidy with wonderful views. The Belle Creole 'fine dining ' restaurant did not live up... more

weve just come back from a weeks stay at the Blue Horizons in Grenada and im pleasantly surprised. we chose self catering option as we thought it better suited for our family (we have a 2 year old) the apartment was number 24 and had a spectacular view but we had to climb 30 steps to get to it. That... more

I highly recommend you AVOID this place!!! I have been to several lovely resorts in the Caribbean but this is NOT one of them. The management treated us like dirt. I will say the waitresses , bartenders and maids were very nice. However the OWNER was on SITE and VERY RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS! she refused to cater to any of... more

Stayed here for a week in March for a couples break. Excellent location a 5 min walk away from Grand Anse Beach, although highly recommend going to Morne Rouge beach 10 min walk up the hill to the left of the hotel - as it seams always empty and the waters were calmer - felt like we we had a... more
