We went to Pierre & vacances this summer for 2 weeks. We've been very disapointed by the service wich worth a big 0!!!! We never had such a bad service in a hôtel, and we traveled a lot!!! For an example it took 2 days and 4 phone calls at the desk to have a cofee machine that was working.... more
