We stayed at Toubana for 5 nights during our trip to Guadeloupe in October 2007. This is a newly renovated hotel near the St.Anne village. When we arrived at the resort, we (and other guests) were told by reception personnel that there were technical problems (plumbing) in the " RCI section," so we would be moved to a resort in Gosier.
