Just got back from 4 nights in Guadeloupe which was no where near long enough!!

Flights with Air France London - CDG - Orly - Pointe a Pitre. Very long journey starting early in the morning from Heathrow. The transfer system between CDG and Orly works very well - coach transfer - approx 16 Euro's on the way out but you can get a voucher from the Air France desk by gate D at Orly on the return. The only problem I found with the transfer is you cannot check in for your connecting flight in London or in PTP for the London - Paris and return sectors.

The flights themselves were not too bad. Air France use an old B747-300 on this route but will be changing this to a B777 from the beginning of July. They 747-300 with Air France has no seatback TV and very limited inflight entertainment. Approx 6 radio channels and a large screen showing news and 2 movies outbound and 1 movie on the return.
