Hotel is nice but the service is the worst. My phone would not ring and it took 5 complaints and three days to get it fixed. If you forget to dot and I on your laundry request they throw it all back in your room without doing it. that is even after telling the staff the it does not matter... more

The grounds are gorgeous, the entire layout and architecture of the buildings is exquisite. Our room was nice. The towels were hard and scratchy, the toilet kept clogging and we could only get 2 channels on our TV, neither in English. This made for a long night. The food was okay.
