Mount Edge is defo NOT a fancy boutique hotel. It is a plain and simple backpackers gaff. HOWEVER, what makes it so very special are a few things - - Location - Way way way up the top of the moutain, away from everywhere, spectacular views, magnificent greenery, lush fresh fruits and veg everywhere. The food here was excellent and we cant stop talking to our friends about it .Its somewhere to stay for a few days only and the river hiking is awesome. more

this place will give you a real feel of living in jamaica we were only gonna stay 2 nights but ended upp staying more than a week it is with no doubt the best starting point for hiking the bleu mountains as there is lots of information available that is practicly inpossible to get elsewhere more
