I and my family have been coming here for years. I love to stay here the night before a flight off the island as it is so close to the airport. It is a special place and the only place that I know of to get such a beautiful view of Kingston and the surrounding mountains. There is a timeless... More

The front desk clerk said they had changed the phone # awhile ago. Maybe they should update thier... More

As a traveler I feel that they need different size of beds that suit each of the guest if single guest they can get full as couple queen/ kings size. T.v should be upgrade to... More

My mother and I came here on a two night business trip. We stayed here in mid December. I took awhile to write this review because I did not want to let everyone know how special and unique this place is. I wanted to keep this hotel all to myself! When we arrived it was getting dark and the view... More

We arrived at this hotel,on out tour of the island. The receptionist could not manage a smile or even greet us. Then she had no registration forms. After 15 mins a few appeared, only a few,so our party(15 of us ) had to share!! Got to our room.A very small double bed not suitable for the 2 of us. Went to... More

I'm can't actually think of anything that I liked about this 'Hotel'. Expensive, yet unbelievably rubbish. Dilapidated, slow, no water (either in the taps or at the bar), musty, dirty, and no functioning elevator. One place I will avoid at all cost !

Our room was noisy (having a front and back door on to an echoing corridor. It was also rather dim and dingy - it could do with a lick of paint and was furnished in a rather drab and dreary style. However, it was clean and there is room service etc. The restaurant was incredibly slow too. Its main attraction... More

We planned a weekend for our 3rd anniversary as we had been there years before and loved the place and location;this time we stayed in the older part on the left wing; hotel-room in very poor condition (fridge not working, no hair-dryer, dirty walls, no plugs for hair-dryer in bathroom or any near mirror in bedroom; shower-head broken, little watr... We just stayed at this hotel for three nights. The rooms were clean and large. There was almost no water pressure, however. The restaurant was not working but they did have room service. The staff was great. They had a nice little business center for getting on the internet. The location near the airport was great and I always enjoy... More

We stayed for a week at Morgans harbour. We went to Kingston for a wedding so we were not there as tourists. This hotel is a good 20 or so minutes out of the city which had pluses and negatives for us. The plusses were that it was peaceful, quiet and felt very safe. Port Royal, the small village a... More
