I didn't stay at Scotch on the Rocks but it is beautiful. All of the rooms are very nicely decorated. This place is so cool. It includes a chef and maid service, you pay for food/groceries. Reggae Beach is less than a mile a way within walking distance. There are restaurants across the street. There's a huge deck perfect for a special occasion such as a wedding or vow renewal. It has a very nice pool. The villa is on a cliff with access to the ocean. The water is really nice. The pictures on their web don't do it justice. more
