This was our first time in Negril and CSA resort , we had great time , Hotel has beautiful grounds , felt like in the jungle with all the trees around , loved it. Room was nice with huge bed and lots of comfy pillows , bathroom nice and big . Thank you to our housekeeper Pauline who looked after us , she did great job , much appreciated Loved the big terrace and hammock . Hotel staff very friendly, I didn’t find anybody that wouldn’t smile and say hello , they all work so hard . Food was good , a la carte nice just have to wait bit longer for food Coffee bar at the lobby was awesome . The beach was the main reason we came here and didn’t disappoint us, we walked every day , no see weed at all just be careful in the water for stingray. Water was so warm and so clean . We used water sports and took sunset catamaran and glass bottom boat . Yoga was good on the beach as well . We enjoyed every minute at the resort and probably will comeback again . Thank you to all the staff who made our stay memorable.

We only booked this trip three weeks before travelling and after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor we were unsure if we had made the right decision but we had a wonderful time. The accommodation (we were in a Garden Atrium room) was lovely and the setting within the palm trees made us feel like we were sleeping in a tropical oasis. The bed was huge and super comfortable. Pauline our housekeeper made sure that the room was spotlessly clean each day. We made use of all the restaurants and we felt there was a good system in place to ensure that there were opportunities for everyone to book at the most exclusive restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed the lobster night at Feathers Restaurant. We did the catamaran cruise which was a lovely early evening venture along the coast and had a good atmosphere. We used the gym, did one of the included classes and also did a refresher scuba dive before going out daily to do further scuba dives. We felt that the holiday represented good value for money based on the overall experience and the amount of included activities. Yes there is background traffic noise in some areas of the resort - take a look at a map and you can see that it is situated off a coastal main road - but the tropical planting does break up the noise. The accommodation itself could do with a facelift in places but we had no issues with ours. Finally, the jewel in the crown is the staff. There are literally an army of people running this resort and pretty much without exception we found everyone to be very friendly, helpful and professional. We were well looked after and always greeted with a smile - I felt they were genuinely interested in whether we were having a good holiday. We would particularly like to shout out the staff in the Diving Centre who looked after us well, steadied my nerves and provided copious reassurance whilst applying a good dose of fun !!

We went to Couples Swept Away first week of March for 11 days. This was our second time at a Couples, as we went to Couples San Souci 10 years ago. Just as our first experience at San Souci, Couples Swept Away does NOT disappoint. Right from our initial experience checking in we received a warm welcome. The service, amenities, food, included activities are superior to any other Adult All-Inclusives. Extras often not included in other resorts include: snorkelling trip to the reef, sunset catamaran cruise to the Cliffs, water skiing, tennis etc. The restaurants are exceptional, we never did try the Buffet but thoroughly enjoyed Feathers (3x) Lemongrass (3x) and Patois Patio (3x). The Returning Guest Dinner was also fantastic. Reservations to Lemongrass and Feathers were easy to arrange through the App. We prefer 8:00 pm dinners, and that time slot was available when we made the reservations. We did leave the resort for one dinner and went to Ivan's on the Cliffs. Following other suggestions we reserved Table 23. This was an incredible addition to our stay. That being said, the food at CSA is exceptional and one wouldn't ever need to leave the resort for better food. We were in a Beachfront Verandah Suite which experienced incredible Caribbean Sea Sunsets. The live music every evening was a great mixture of Reggae and Contemporary music. We went to the spa twice and enjoyed the Steam Room and hot pool, as well as the couples massages. Exceptional Employees who made our stay memorable : Parsiah- Front Desk, Princess- Lemongrass waitress. Tamika - Massage Therapist, Shayne - bartender at swim up bar and Alicia - Patois Patio Waitress.

This place is incredible. The beach is stunning and we really enjoyed the food and entertainment. Shout out to bartender Natashia, Snorkeling Captain Julian, the entire spa staff, housekeeper Terecia, Piano player and host Ultimate Chocolate, Entertainment specialist Shania, Entertainment specilist for Catamaran cruise "Mama" and the front desk staff! My only complaint was that a few of the bartenders were very dismissive and rude. For that reason, my true rating is 4.5

We had another great vaca at CSA. We met a few couples and enjoyed time on the beach, in the water, and at the sports complex. The fitness classes they offer and the tennis and pickleball set the resort apart. I love the yoga, spin class, bootcamp classes! The food is good and drinks are good. There are enough activities to keep yourself busy or you can relax all day. The week we were there was after a storm and the water was not clear and seaweed was washing up; the staff did a good job of cleaning it up.

Loved this resort - overall very good just a few things we didn’t like/wished were different. Rooms are great, food is pretty good, tons of activities, beach is amazing, staff is (mostly) friendly. We are in our 30’s and feel super young here. I would recommend going off site if you can - we loved exploring the country and didn’t feel unsafe at all. Would definitely recommend the catamaran cruise, snorkeling, lemon grass for dinner!

Just back from another great stay at Couples Swept Away. This hotel sits on a long perfect beach that's safe to walk from one end to the other with its gentle approach into the calm clear warm sea. Plenty of loungers and chairs under the long palm fringed beachfront although you may need to get up early if you are choosy about your position on the beach but there was never a shortage of relaxers throughout our stays. The rooms are in small blocks spaced around the lovely gardens and pathways, very easy access to everything you need, each block is 4 rooms wide and 2 or 3 floors high. The rooms are basic and rustic but have everything you need, very comfortable bed, plenty of storage, TV, fridge (stocked with your own choice of drinks), coffee m/c, a/c and fans, large bathroom always kept spotlessly clean and each room has its own furnished patio or balcony. Room service is excellent. Good food wherever you eat, two main restaurants buffet style and two speciality restaurants that you will need to reserve with a high standard of food and service. There are a number of beach bars along the length of the property with light meal dining options for lunch nearby. Daily inclusive trips on bottom glass boat and snorkelling plus catamaran sailing late afternoon for the sunsets, just need to reserve your places. This is such a relaxing and easy going place for your vacation, staff always seem happy and pleasant and willing to help out whenever you have a need. Thanks again to everyone at Couples Swept Away for a great vacation, hope to see you again soon.

We stayed for 7 night (end of Feb-beginning of March) and had a really lovely time. Gorgeous adults only resort which was quiet, clean and relaxing. Good bits: The beach - exactly as the pictures suggest, white sand, clear blue water and plenty of shady spots. Lots of chairs around, many reserved early in the morning however so bear in mind if you want a specific place. The food - lots of variety with different options each day. Would be good if they had somewhere to get snacks from during the day rather than full meals. We made reservations for feathers and lemongrass when we arrived via the app and had no issues. The staff - majority very friendly and happy to engage in conversation. Shout outs to Orlando, Shania and Wanda from the spa. Great service provided during our stay. Activities - so much on offer which you can take part in as you please. We did the massage class (huge thanks to Wanda for making it a great experience!), martini mixology, snorkelling, catamaran cruise and more. Lots of water sports on offer too which are all included. We did kayaking and paddle boarding which were great. Room - we stayed in a garden verandah room. The surroundings were lovely outside, we even had a partial sea view. The room itself was basic but nice. Comfy bed. Will come onto the road in the next bit! The cats - all cared for by the resort (not strays!) we enjoyed seeing them around. Other guests - the majority were all really friendly and we enjoyed getting to know others (however no pressure to do so!) Not so good bits- The road - if staying in a garden verandah room prepare for noise. The road is noisy all times of day and our room didn’t seem to block it out AT ALL. If you can afford it, book a room away from the road (I.e not garden verandah) The transfers - our transfer there took 2.5 hours due to traffic and a stop halfway. Our transfer back was 1.5 hours which is what we had expected having read reviews. Driving did feel a bit unsafe at times (lots of overtaking on the opposite side of the road) TV- on the odd occasion we wanted the TV on, we couldn’t find a TV guide and the channels were a strange mixture. No option to use Netflix etc Arrival - had to wait a while to check in and was not offered a welcome drink/cold towel as others had been before us (we could see their empty glasses & used towels) and those who got off the bus at Couples Negril Overall we had a great time and probably would come back again in the future.

This was our fourth trip to Couples, and once again, we were very pleased. Improvements were made in a lot of areas, including the new bracelet/room keys, which were really nice. The food was very good and the choices were good. I would love to see them get a Japanese restaurant, as those are very enjoyable in Mexico. Staff was friendly as usual and our favorites were smiling and happy to see us. Oshea, Patricia, Keisha and some new faces as well. We did a couples massage, and it was excellent. Very relaxing and professional. The beach was incredible and it was windy at times, which was unusual, but the water was like bath water and very clear. The rays swam close to us every day, which is really cool. The room was kept super clean and the bed was comfortable. We played pickleball early in the morning and had the place to ourselves. Plenty of pickle balls to use this year. It is amazing to see the same people every year who have been coming for years and years to CSA. Most wouldnt think of going elsewhere as they know what they will receive upon arrival. The repeaters dinner was great, and service was spot on. We were in and out in just over an hour, which was much quicker than previous years. All the restaurants were faster with the exception of Lemon Grass. May have been an off night, but we left after two hours and opted out of dessert. My only complaint about our ten day trip was the guests smoking wherever they chose. Non smoking guests should not have to deal with that at all. I wish Couples would go totally smokeless and just make it better for the 95% of guests that dont smoke. Overall, we love this place, and will book again for next year. Last tip.....get Club Mobay both ways, it is so worth it. Easy in and out and avoid the long lines at the airport.
