We traveled second week of May 2009. There was no welcome tour to familiarize you with the facility and show you what is available to you. We were given the furthest room on the grounds. We spent a week at this hotel for our daughters wedding. It was an all-inclusive package that was actually quite expensive. The wedding was beautiful - no complaints there. I have never been to a worse hotel for the staff demanding tips - constantly! They would not do even the most basic things (supposedly included) without demanding money in return.... more
