This is not a resort. This is a high-end guest house situated on a beach (not much of a beach... the sand is rocky and the water is very seaweedy though you can swim). I enjoyed my vacation here so much that I decided to have my wedding here in a year. The people were so extremely nice. We had a hot plate of food for every meal. The views are amazing and the resort is right on the beach. I couldn't have dreamed of a better vacation. I loved it so much. more

The service at the Whispering Bamboo Cove Resort was great. I felt at home with a lot more personal touches. The workers made it possible to enjoy my vacation in true Jamaican fashion - no worries at all. I recommend that everyone take a trip to Jamaica and stay at the Whispering Bamboo for the great service and smiling faces. more

It doesn't seem that they want any guests. Had to beg them to turn on the hot water. Our room had no phone which made communicating with the front desk difficult. Kitchen is often deserted. Rooms aren't cleaned properly. more
