Pipers Cove I would definitely give Pipers an A (not an A PLUS) but a borderline A to A- . The management staff is great; Ms. Daisy, her sister (Sue?) and Kurt. I just returned from another perfect stay at Piper's Cove in Salem on the north coast. This was my 5th visit there and it was simply perfect..nice, clean and comfortable one bedroom apartment overlooking the sea, friendly welcoming low-key staff, inviting seaside pool, good value.
