I use the resort primarily for work so don't get to use the amenities as much. On my last trip I thought I left something in the room the rep was so pleasant he sent someone to the room and called back within 5 minuits. These are the things that stand out.

This is a nice place to stay but there's nothing much around other than the convention center and a few restaurants so get a car so you can go to Condado and other places that are very nice. Their infinity pool is very nice!
