This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was so BAD that I left MID-VACATION because I was so horrified at the service and cleanliness of this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was rude and uninviting. Our room smelled musty and moldy. There was mold in the shower. There was mold in the shower.... more

I payed 228.00 a night this came with continental breakfast in the morning which was great. I expected just muffins and they had waffles, toast, cereal, fresh fruit. It was great. they hadappetizzers from 5pm to 9pm this was also wonderful because we didn't even go to dinner after we went there it saved us a lot of money. Parking... more

We stayed one night at the Radisson prior to a Cruise. The room is outdated, old, and needs remodeling. We could not believe what we saw for $270. It was in the Motel 6 category. We expected a sleep number bed, but were told they are only offered in the suites. The rooms need to be torn out, and replaced... more

When in San Juan I always stay at this hotel. It's convenient location in Condado is perfect for the business or personal traveler. The rooftop pool with cabana bar provide a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day. For those that gamble, the casino is located on the first floor where a small bad or single performer play about 4 evenings... more

We Celebrated our Silver Wedding Anniversary at the Radisson from March 5 through the March 9th.. We were members of the Ambassador's Club. In the last 30 years, we've visited P.R. on 8 occassions and have stay in Guest Houses, ESJ and various hotels. We recommend staying in Room 604 because we were impressed with the clean sunny room and... more

We stayed at the Ambassador on March 14th and 15th after our cruise. We had a 2 room suite on the 6th floor in the Gatsby Suites. For $209.00 a night, the room included free breakfast for 2 and free dinner for 2 at the Ambassador Grill. The reservation was made through our travel agent and I am not sure... more

The hotel was in a good location, smack in the middle of Condado just a block from the beach. I got a good deal on the internet, USD 160 for an "Executive Suite". This turned out to be the same thing as an "Ambassador Suite", which is more expensive but also comes with extra services such as free continental breakfast... more

I stayed at the Ambassador for 16 nights during a business trip in late February/early March. I selected this hotel exclusively due to low rate that I found through radisson.com ($135/night). I have stayed at many other hotels in the Isla Verde/Condado/Old San Juan area on previous trips, and while my opinion of the Ambassador is certainly tainted by some... more

The cost of the room was excessive. We just returned from a 7 day cruise that cost $699, complete w/balcony room and all the food we could eat on a plush cruiseliner. We paid $245 for a balcony room at the Radisson which looked out over the street, had absolutely no view of the ocean and was awaken at 6:00am... more

Incredibly noisy hotel. We were given a room on the 2nd floor, right above the 24 hour casino and the nightclub. The bass thumped into our room well into the morning finally shutting off around 3-4 am. The street noise was loud as well. The evening front desk staff was curt and rude. We had to turn on the A/C... more
