The sheets were paper-thin, filthy, stank like sweat, and had semen stains on them. The whole room was filthy, sticky, gritty with sand, had trash on the floor, and dead roaches by the overfilowing traxh can. The bathroom stank like excrement and urine, and the two paper-thin towels were dirty and also stank like sweat. Almost-cold water barely flowed from... more

The Embassy Guest House is the worst hotel in San Juan. The area smell like urine, I feel like vomiting each time I leave the motel. Let me get started: The room carpet in the room I was staying is so dirty, I dont know how long it has been cleaned. The television is 13 inches, very old. The bathroom... more

I must say I was a bit dissapointed, the rooms were clean but the bedspreads and sheets looked like they had seen better days, the sheets and pillow cases were very very thin, the bedspreads had lost there color from so much use. Nancy told me that there was a fridge in the room and a microwave in the hallway... more

We stayed at the Embassy Guest house, even after reading some "shaky" review prior to our depature, and was pleasantly surprised. The exterior of the building is nothing to rave about, but our room was great. Double bed (which was a blessing in disguise for how much my now X girlfriend and I fought), nice tile, great cleaning ladies. No... more

A group of seven of us traveled to the Embassy Guest House on spring break. We were all in college and searching "the best deal" for our money. Upon arrival the woman at the counter was degrating and rude to the member of our group that was checking in. We went to our rooms and only found one bed! (there... more

My wife, two small kids (3,and 6,) just spent twelve nights at the Embassy Guesthouse Condado. I must say that the Embassy was the perfect place for our familys winter getaway. The kids loved the staff and the Pool area right on the the Condado Beach was incredable. The room was spotless, clean and had no bugs, mosquitos, cockroaches or... more

Roches, dirty, very unprofessional. It should be called a motel not a hotel. The pool is very dirty. The staff is very unprofessional. Please advertise this place as a motel not a hotel. I guess people with no class stay in this type of motel. It looks like one of the motels in the bronx cheap and dirty. more

We have stayed at the Embassy on about ten occasions. This is not "The Ritz". It is a great location. The staff is friendly and accomodating. The rooms are small but clean. Again, you can go for $300 a night at the Marriott or the Condado Plaza and eat at Burger King or have a pizza, or you can save... more

We recently made an unplanned weekend visit to San Juan Puerto Rico. Knowing it was low season in the Caribbean, we arrived on a friday morning without a hotel reservation. Upon our arrival we checked around and found out there were few rooms available in San Juan. However, we were able to book a room at the Embassy Guesthouse in... more
