Internet ready, clean rooms, free coffee at the reception area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beach is about a 10 minute walk. Eateries all around, some affordable, some a little on the upper scale. Walgreens is 5 minutes away. I don't know how much more you can ask for a budget place. This hotel is located right in the heart of Condado, two blocks away from the happening Ashford street, 4 blocks away from the Condado beach and 5-10 minute walk from most eats, pubs and shopping places in Condado district. Newly renovated hotel. I highly recomend. I stayed there once when it was just El Portal and that place was a dump. Quality Inn did a fantastic job with the renovations, and the price of the room is well worth it. Its a place for budget travellers but not a budget accomodation. more
