The room was clean and quiet. All the rooms open onto an open air hall. There is a fun glass elevator. The pool looked nice, tho we didn't have time for a swim. The staff was very helpful and gave us good directions to find things. There is a great bakery across the street for breakfast and a real taste... more

Very good place to stay in Mayaguez: nice location, friendly staff, clean decent room, and very clean bathroom. Good complimentary breakfast in bakery across the street, and parking is only a few steps from the main entrance. Swiming pool is small, but nice. Hotel rooms were cozy and clean. We loved the breakfast coupons for the bakery across the street, took many trips there during the day. If you stay here, make sure you bring ear plugs. The hotel is in the middle of the city, right next to Plaza de Colon and the Cathedral, and the noise at night time can be very loud. I just returned from a 3 night stay at this hotel and it definitely exceeded my expectations, particularly given the low rates. The staff of the hotel were very friendly and helpful (and all spoke English). Mayaquez is a beautfiul little town and this hotel is right in the city center making it easy to walk to shopping and restaurants.... more
