Everything was perfect: the immaculate pool with ocean view, hammock, and shade under the ivy covered gazebo; comfortable room with french doors and a view, incredible service and knowledgeable staff, who arranged for a car and trips; and the included made to order breakfast and reasonably priced boxed lunches for the beach.... more

I really liked my stay here. We stayed in a 1 room suite. It was a large room w/two beds, and a wet bar area. The pool area was beautiful. The pool is too short to swim laps but it's wide, so it feels large. The grounds were pretty and the honor bar was excellent. Jim was a great host... more

I stayed here with my gf for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. We got a room facing the ocean with a small balcony, and it made the atmosphere incredible with the beautiful views. My husband and I visited Hacienda Tamarindo in April 2009 and are still talking about it 3 months later. The staff was helpful and courteous, the rooms were cozy and comfortable, the daily breakfasts were delicious and the views were breathtaking. We can't wait to go back. more

The reason Hacienda Tamarindo is a great stay starts with what a visit to Vieques entails.
