We were very pleased with the two adjoining rooms for our family of 5 that were priced very reasonably for the amount of space that included kitchenettes in each room and a huge patio across the front of both rooms. The inn provided an extremely basic continental breakfast that was a little disappointing day after day. While we were there,... more

I had heard that the lower level rooms are not good - I'd like to confirm. Avoid staying in room 105. It's a hot, muggy room with an ineffective AC, a ceiling fan that rattles and barely any privacy. Not relaxing, restful or romantic at all. It's located on a footpath that gets lots of foot traffic, starting in the... more

All - there are some gambles on Vieques; spend a lot get a little, spend a little get even less, etc. The Crow's Nest is a relatively safe bet. My wife and I just returned from a four night stay and here is my review. The staff was more than accomodating, the rooms were completely adequate, the view and pool... more

Yes, the people who run the hotel are very nice. Yes, the view from the pool is very pretty. But I don't know why anyone would choose to stay at this hotel when there are so many beautiful hotels, for the same price, RIGHT ON THE BEACH. I selected Crow's Nest because I use a wheelchair, and they said they... more

Well in a nutshell.. it was a moldy mess... some of the rooms are owned by individuals and they are not maintained.. We were on the upstairs level and we shared a common balcony with our family which was nice.. thier room was beautiful and very clean... ours was a mess.. we were hit with a rain storm in which... more

I have stayed at the Crow's Nest three times, both before and after the opening of Il Jardin (the "new" Bar/Grill casual restaurant). I'm actually SHOCKED that someone reported poor customer service. Both my family and friends of ours are repeat customers and from my first visit found the owners and staff friendly and accommodating. Regarding the opening of Il... more

I was pleasantly surprised by how many amenities our room had - microwave, fridge, sink+cabinets+kitchen utensils, lovely bathroom, breakfast table, and amazing balcony. All the rooms are well ventilated and guests wake up to the sound of roosters - all in all, a very lovely and tranquil spot of paradise. The only thing to complain of is that the restaurant... more

I stayed at the Crow's Nest last week with my boyfriend and another couple. We had two adjacent rooms (7a, 7b) with a kitchenette and a living room area. We found this a very pleasant, friendly guest house in a great location. The rooms themselves were very clean, but getting a little shabby in some places (the kitchen counter was... more

I’m from PR and I have to say, the customer service in this “hotel” was poor, after a day to get there, they cancel my reservation with not reason and the manager after this, treat us like nobody, so I decide to come back to Luquillo and stay in Westin Rio Mar, and I think that was the best decision... more

We enjoyed our stay at the Crow's Nest, but I would not rave about it like some of the other reviews. We were in room #1, which was a very basic room with 2 double beds, a couch with small TV and a fridge, small stove and sink. We never used the kitchen, except for the fridge. I would not... more
