We visited Vieques during Valentine's day weekend for a friends wedding and stayed at Casa de Tortgua. This is a awesome place to stay while visiting Vieques, its very clean (I'm a clean freak), walking distance to the malecon and above all the customer service is GREAT.

Really impressed with the room interior. Modern and clean. No tv, but we didn't need one on the island. Good location in Esperanza, close to the main strip with restaurants/bars. Walking distance to beaches. Good value.
