Definitely would recommend this place on Saba. My room was #12. It had french doors leading out to a private balcony with table and chairs that looked out over the Caribbean. Saba is basically a mountain sticking up out of the Caribbean so it is possible that pretty much every room on the island has a fantastic view, but it... More

We took our first trip to Saba in July, and began planning in advance. We exchanged multiple emails with Patricia and Nikki prior to our arrival to ensure our room and dive package were just what we wanted. The staff was helpful, responsive and incredibly friendly. When we arrived, they welcomed us like old friends, and led us up to... More

My wife and I stayed in one of the higher end rooms with a nice view. Breakfast came with the room and it was huge and the staff in the restaurant was very nice. We had to wait until past 3:00 for our room and the German gal Susan is either very nice or very rude depending on the day.... More

If you are looking for 5-star comfort, you probably won't go to Saba. This island is for the adventurous: you visit to dive or hike (unless you attend the medical school). Scout's place offers clean, well-appointed comfort at a reasonable price and the pictures you see on their website are exactly what you'll get, unlike other boutique hotels I've booked.... More

My husband and I just went to Scouts Place on Wednesday night for Sushi and we were very impressed. The Sushi was great!! The presentation was beautiful. The Sushi was served on a little Japanese bridge. Great Job Wolfgang!! I always have a good time when we go to Scouts. We also always get great reviews when we recommend faculty... More

Just returned from our first trip to Saba and our stay at Scout's Place was outstanding. Our room had a spectacular view of the Caribbean, framed by the dramatic mountainside and was thoughtfully equipped with coffee and fridge. The restaurant and bar serves great food from early morning til late night. The hotel and restaurant staff were war and friendly.... More

If you're visiting Saba, Scout's is accessible, friendly, service-minded and calm. Staying in windwardside is nice because of the gentle breeze that keeps some of the caribbean heat off. Scout's personnel, from the front desk to the bar and the dive masters, are all friendly and happy to help you organize and give advice for your goings around Saba, be... More

Scout's Place is the place to stay on Saba! Great service, friendly staff, nice rooms, affordable. We loved the location; even though Scout's Place has awesome food, you can also walk to nearby Eden and Tropic's Cafe, or a couple of stores for snacks. We also had a great experience with the connected Saba Diver's team, so there's really no... More
