We stayed here for a week in early January & were very disappointed by the hotel. It isn't really a hotel but rather self catering apartments & villas. We went expecting a 4+ star hotel & found a housing estate. On the first day our room was not serviced until 5pm despite me asking at 3.30 for it to be... More

Visited Cotton Bay with friends in Jan/Feb 2012. Due to be in 2 x 2 bed apartments but upgraded to a 4 bed villa on arrival which was perfect. Lovely pool area ideal for kids and adults and Juan in the kids club allowed us to relax happy in the knowledge that the kids were having fun. The only downside... More

We stayed at Cotton Bay Village 1/28 thru 2/4 and could not have enjoyed ourselves more. We are a couple in our 50's who wanted something other than the typical all inclusive experience. If you appreciate calm, quiet luxury than you'll be very happy here. If you want in your face servers, loud people and late night entertainment - go... More

We had a fantastic holiday as a family (with an 18 month old toddler) in January 2012. There are so many good things we could say about the villa, resort, staff and beach. Everything is catered for and it made travelling with a young child very easy, i.e. good speed wifi included, cot and high-chair supplied for free in the... More

Cotton Bay Village is described as a 'luxury experience'. It is nothing of the sort. The facilities are poor and the service is either absent entirely or slow and absent-minded when staff is around. There is no service on the beach. The beach restaurant is a wooden structure that would not look out of place in a youth hostel and... More

Thank you for your review. As discussed we are disappointed that we did not meet your expectations and do not agree that our website is deceptive. We believe that our online presents reflects a true representation of Cotton Bay Village. However, we offered, and you accepted a substantial adjustment to your bill as a gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately from your... More

Our family visited St. Lucia and Cotton Bay for the first time in January. We have two college age kids. We found the Cotton Bay accomodations first class, the food excellent, and the beach and pool areas relaxing. There are nearby trails along the beach that lead to spectacular views of the nearby uninhabited coves/mountains/beaches - well worth the short... More

My husband and I did not think it was possible to have a relaxing holiday with 1 year old twins, but we returned from Cotton Bay proved wrong and revitalised! CB is on the north east coast of St Lucia, so does not have the picture postcard white sand, but it does have the Atlantic breeze, which can't be underestimated... More

We stayed one weed at Cotton Bay Village in Gros Islet (near Cas en Bas) on exchange through The Registry Collection as we were there to attend our niece's wedding at another all exclusive resort (one of the Sandals resort). The unit was spacious for our family of 5 with a private pool in the back. Beds were solid and... More

We recently returned from a trip to Cotton Bay. We enjjoyed our stay immensely and were lucky that it was a very quiet time so felt like the resort ours just ours! As it was quiet, there was only one restaurant open, the Beach Hut - but the food at night was superb. Frederique and the staff provided us wonderful... More

Just back from a trip to Cotton Bay. It is very close to paradise. We throroughly enjoyed our stay and found staff to be pleasant and helpful. We stayed in a two bed apartment overlooking the pool which was amazing - very spacious and luxurious. The pool was lovely but we favoured lying on the beach with the cooling atlantic... More
