We have been travelling to St.Lucia for more than 15 years (my husband is St.Lucian). In the past we either stayed with family or chosen self-catering apartments to keep costs down but this year we decided it was time for a change. We wanted somewhere with a pool and decent rooms to give us a more relaxing environment. We have... more

While in the northern part of St Lucia, we were looking for a place close to the nightlife, close to the beach, cheap, and safe. Village Inn and Spa was perfect for this. The hotel is located right by Reduit Beach (just have to pass through another hotel to get to the beach) and is at the end of a... more

Having just returned from our third visit to the Village Inn and Spa which, in itself, says a lot. Our booking from the UK was through www.travelcollection.co.uk who have always proved extremely efficient. Our package was all-inclusive with an extension from 7 – 10 days and included 3 rounds of golf. The flight was BA economy and commendable and we... more

I wanted to like this place, I really did. It has a nice old run-down and relaxed feel, which I like. Seems unpretentious, lots of open-air space, and not trying to be fancy. That's what I like, and it's also in a good central location. The rooms are fairly big with nice private balconies. That's the good stuff. I would... more

We are very much appreciative of your feedbacks and by no means would short list your concern regarding service since its our top priority, From an effeciency stand point our tour desk is seperated from the reception area and this is for the sole purpose of giving our guest a more relaxing and comfortable area in which to plan their...

I found the Village Inn & Spa to be a nice, comfortable place. HOTEL & ROOM The hotel layout is nice, with a "tropical feel" reception and restaurant area. The rooms are in a horse shoe shape, 3 story building, around the swimming pool and the bar/cafe. Most rooms have large balconies with chairs and tables, while some ground floor... more

My husband and I are staying at the Village Inn as I type and wanted to add our review asap. I had done my research before booking flights and accomodation, so was aware of the 'laid back' approach in the caribbean and the fact that one hotel can receive a variety of vastly different reviews. I had e-mailed the hotel... more

Arrived at hotel to be given a ground floor room - great - then I tried the safe - did not work. Then I went to have a shower - no hot water. So I asked to be moved - which they did immediately - and put 2 more of my group into the same room when they arrived later... more

Stayed one week.Service was wonderful and very fast. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Anything that we asked for was taken care of right away. We ran into a problem of our own and the front desk staff jumped right on it and heiped us resolve it immediately. We would go back there in a heartbeat. It has an... more

We love the Village Inn and all of it's staff. My Husband and myself had stayed there prior to getting married at the Hotel and have since - hopefully will for many years to come. It was the perfect wedding for us, not only because of the calm beautiful setting and atmosphere of the Village Inn poolside but also the... more

Hotel is ok but dare you ask the staff for anything. You will spend a lot of time waiting for the most basic request. The staff seem like they are working here under duress and you feel like apologising if you interrupt them by asking for something....seems a bit dramatic but its true. more
