This lovely hotel, with tones of Dutch architecture, built on four floors with 83 rooms is a gem in Rodney Bay, St. Lucia. On arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff who later showed that nothing was too much trouble. Our pool view room was spacious and tastefully decorated. All the necessary comforts, inc. power shower, air-con, fan, fridge,... more

After a very tiring journey of one hour and forty minutes from the airport in the south of the island. We arrived very tired to be greeted by friendly staff and free drinks. We were upgraded from basic coco Kreole to the main building with garden view (this is probably because it was off season). The room was spacious with... more

My stay at coco palm was excellent. The staff were great. On arrival all the staff were willing to help in anyway. The room we stayed in was excellent, I loved the bathroom especially the shower. I felt that the restaurant was a little over priced. The breakfast is the best!!!! I looked forward to it every morning. (Recommend BBC... more

Coco Palm is a charming hotel. Even though it is fairly new it has lots of character. The facilities are clean and well kept and the beach is only 5 mins away (if you take the short cut). We lazed by the pool most days, enjoying a hearty breakfast which keeps you going until happy hour at 5pm. The highlight... more

I had the privilege of staying at the CoCo Palm Resort from April 21-26, 2009. The service can only be described as excellent. The management and staff were very professional, warm and friendly. The hotel is ideally located with walking distance (10 minutes max.) to a wide variety of eating places, the main mall in Rodney Bay and transportation services... more

10days honeymoon..poolview room, stones throw from major construction site! Early morning wake up by housekeeping and construction work..doors slamming from 7am, paper thin walls in rooms, difficult to stay asleep..brooms falling, trollys rattling along the corridors and general loud talking of the staff not thinking you might actually want to sleep on your holiday! the place echoes like a cave!... more

We stopped at Coco Palm from 26th April for 1 week for our wedding anniversary. Firstly the good points. The hotel staff were excellent and friendly, especially the reception team and the bar staff.
