The best thing about this hotel has to be the staff, nothing is too much trouble, with only a few exceptions the staff were all lovely friendly people. Just returned from a two week stay with our 2 year old and overall enjoyed the stay but the resort is a long way from perfect and does have some serious problems. Excellent accomodation, perfect for children, wonderful staff. Shame about some of the other guests. For all inclusive the evening meals were excellent, no buffets and plenty of choice.
