We stayed at Shans for five nights last week and loved every minute of it. Private, beautiful, well equipped, clean and air conditioned- this villa has it all. It has teak furnishings, a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, huge master bedroom, living area with a daybed, two bathrooms (showers only- no bathtub). The villa is small and will only sleep four people max, but more than enough room for two on a romantic getaway. The owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome and are attentive to your needs even if they are off island. We found the villa very romantic and well cared for. It is right on the beach and you can walk to several restaurants, shops, and the local grocerie store. All the yachts dock in Care Garden Bay at night so the sunsets there are so picturesque with the boats in the harbour.
