I am taken aback by the review written by ftkdenny reference the poor service. Villas Pappagallo does NOT have a restaurant. There is a restaurant (Ristorante Pappagallo) located across the road from the Villas but it is not associated with the Villas. The service was poor, we had to ask for our drinks a number of times and we sat water free for quite a while while we waited to eat because our throats were dry. The management staff was very rude as well. The food overall was below average, and cold. more

Papagallo condos are very pretty. They are located across from the restaurant of the same name. The beach is small but nice. Not lots of shade, but some. We enjoyed our stay at the Villas Pappagallo. It was in a very secluded area away from the crowds of SMB, but it was only about a 15-20 minute drive to Georgetown.
