After a long overnight flight from Washington, it was nice to get off the plane and have a driver holding a sign with our name on it, ready to take us to Cobalt Coast. We had a two bedroom suite, which was large and well appointed, and with a private patio with a great view towards the north wall of... more

Our group was scheduled to be at Cayman Brac the week after Thanksgiving, but we were re-booked to Cobalt Coast after the hurricane. We had 22 in our group. Dora made us feel like we were regulars. To take us in with less than 2 weeks notice was very much appreciated. Luckily, that week is always a slow week or... more

Just got back from spending the week over Thanksgiving at Cobalt Coastal, and diving with Divetech. This was the family vacation with all the kids in college now. The group consisted of myself and my nondiving wife, college grad son and his to be certified open water girlfriend and our two certified diving daughters. After leaving 8 degrees and four... more

We were refered to the Cobalt Coast Resort when our resort on Little Cayman was closed after Hurricane Paloma. It is a wonderful, very friendly, dive oriented resort. the service is terrific, as well as the food and accomodations. I was also very pleased with the DiveTech dive operation. more

My wife & I stayed at Cobalt from Oct 18-25. Overall It was a good value. The meal options were diverse and portions were generous. Coffee was ready every day at 6AM The wait staff did a good job and were friendly. Arie and Dora are good hosts. The rooms while smallish, are well designed and the mattress we were... more

We recently took the whole family to Grand Cayman and spent three weeks at Cobalt Coast in one of their two-bedroom condos across the street. Other than not being on the main property, everything was as expected and as we had experienced it in our previous two stays. The two-bedroom condo has one room with a king bed and shower,... more

I've just returned from a lovely 8-day vacation at Cobalt Coast. I'm a certified diver, but decided on this trip to just snorkel. I think this place actually has something to offer snorkelers, although to take advantage of the best Cobalt has to offer diving everyday probably helps. Staying on the north coast is a very different experience from Seven... more

Don't really understand the superb 5 star reviews. Dove with these guys in April and while the diving was excellent, everything else was not. The boats and staff are 3 star quality. Some staff were excellent, some very much not. The rental gear is 1 star quality. Hence, the 2 star rating. In 17 years of diving, I've never seen... more

As a seasoned diver with over 140 dives under my belt in quite a few tropical locales, I have to say that this was a very pleasant and carefree dive vacation. The place isn't perfect and it isn't for everyone, but I'd like to highlight my take on the major pluses and minuses (the minuses were relatively minor). I think... more

I stayed with Cobalt Coast from April 4th thru April 11th, 2008 and was impressed by the entire outfit. I booked a package deal which included 7 nights, 6 x 2-tank boat dives, breakfast, and airport shuttle and the price was great. Cobalt started out on the right foot by having a driver with the little sign with my name... more
