We stayed at the Ritz Carlton last week. What a let down the experience was. My husband was asked to move from his spot at the pool by hotel staff. Aparently the space was reserved for a Resident of the Ritz Cartlon. We were never able to receive a clear answer from management on that. The hamburgers were over priced... more

We had a great stay at the Ritz. The nice rooms and little details are well covered in other reviews so I submit some useful dining, property and area tips based on my stay. Dining (Grand Cayman is pricey, the hotel even more so, be ready) At the Ritz 1. Blue by Eric Ripert - Absolutely wonderful (albeit about $500... more

This is my third stay at a Ritz-Carlton property and without a doubt my expectations are exceeded every single time. I received a complimentary upgrade to an ocean-side suite which was huge and more room than I needed but I loved it anyway. The amenities are fabulous, including bath salts, spare razor, lotions and french bar soaps. The bedding is... more

I write this review slightly depressed that I am no longer actually at the Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman. We recently stayed at the for a few days of relaxation at the end of our scuba dive trip and had a truly amazing time. The Ritz really was on an entirely different level of service and class than many other hotels... more

The Ritz in Grand Cayman was a beautiful resort! There wasn't one thing I could possibly complain about. The room was great...top floor...facing ocean and the staff was amazing! Anything you could ask for was there for you....including a gorgeous beach! more

So... this review is LONG overdue, but thought it should be noted! I am currently helping my sister search for a resort hotel for her upcoming wedding and am reading lots of hotel reviews... About 1 1/2 years ago my husband and I planned our wedding for the Ritz-Carlton in Grand Cayman...OOPS...hurrican season was still upon us. About a week... more

My husband and I spent 5 night here at the end of May. I am 5 months pregnant, so this is the last trip we will take by ourselves for a while. The Ritz was beautiful and relaxing. The rooms were spacious and clean with GREAT ocean views. I recommend paying to stay on the ocean side for the view.... more

My husband and I went to Cayman Island from 5/23 to 5/27. This was our first trip to a Caribbean Island and Ritz hotel. We knew we wanted to have comfortable bed and beach to relax and enjoy the weather. Ritz provided most clean and comfortable bed with a turn down service everyday. I'm not a good swimmer but the... more

My Wife and I stayed at the Ritz for 3 nights.  I used my Marriott points to pay for the entire trip, so I caught a break on the room.  However, the food and drink prices at the Ritz are off the charts.  For example, a rum punch cocktail from Bar Jack, which is the poolside lounge bar, will run... more

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Ritz for 4 nights in late January, as a brief respite from another chilly New England winter. He used his Amex Platinum card to book the room, so we got an upgrade from a garden view to an oceanfront room for the last 3 of our 4 nights. As others have said, we... more
