We went with a dive group on our second stay at the LCBR. As in our visit two years ago, the accommodations were first-rate; the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The restaurant was exceptional....every meal had several choices between meat or fish. There was fresh salad at every meal and the desserts were varied and delicious. Go in late May or June. Diving is some of the best we've ever encountered. Resort is one of the best for a 'nothing but dive vacation'. It's not the Ritz! Great staff. To rent, there are scooters, bikes, kayaks, and DVDs (or bring your own; we always do and we always bring one of our laptops to watch them... more

Just got back from LCBR. The layout of the resort is ideal. From our room (which was very nice and clean) just walk to the left and your in the Dining Room. The food was very good for buffet, the staff friendly and helpful and the cook accommodating. Beach Nuts Bar was straight across from us along side the pool... more

Returned from LCBR, and really liked the updated rooms, as they were much more than we expected. Very nice furnishings and comfortable bed, and copies of all the latest movies you can rent at the front desk. However, the food in the buffet line is as expected - buffet food that is usually mediocre to good, typically warm at best... more
