I booked a 4 night break for myself my husband my mother and son of 9yrs and the family dog, at this park as it looked to have all we would need for a family break, a little of something for everyone. I was extremely upset, after upgrading to a better caravan with what we were given. Under my sons... more

Stayed here for 3nights , caravan good and well equipped. A very pleasent place to stay. The park was clean and tidy and very quiet, staff helpful. entertainment very good, food and beer good but expensive. The park is situated just outside Porthmadoc, loverly little town which you should visit. The countryside surrounding the park is breathtaking and the beach... more

This was my first visit to a Haven holiday park and reading the reviews on here I was a little worried. I was meant to go in May but ended up in hospital with my latest pregnancy. Haven were good and allowed us to reschedule the break to september. I was worried as I was bringing my 9 week old... more

We only paid £9.50 each through the Sun newspaper holidays, so didnt expect the caravan that we got. Huge van with all the mod cons and a 2 min walk to the entertainment centre. The centre itself was very clean and the entertainment was good. Food and drink was not really expensive. Two mins walk to the beach Would defo... more

We have just arrived back from a weekend stay at Greenacres. There were 4 adults and 3 children and we had such a good time. The reason i had to write a review is because the staff let down the morale and holiday feel of the park. We originally booked in August with a £60 deposit and felt that a... more

when we arrived at the park we booked in with reception and went to find our caravan, on finding the caravan, my two daughters noticed that the couple in the next caravan were in the bathroom window with the blind open doing something that they should not of been doing. we went back to reception and asked to be moved... more

I think the purpose of this place is just to try and take as much money as possible. We booked a prestige caravan which had smelly, dirty carpet in the bathroom. We were moved to another which was not clean - a nice pile of toe nail clippings on the floor! The carpet was very stained and had cigarette burns.... more

We booked to stay in a Prestige caravan, which had not been cleaned, the grill pan was still full of fat and grease and the springs in the bed stuck into my ribs. When I tried to remedy this by putting a spare quilt on the bed, I discovered an earwig running across the mattress. The complex itself was dirty... more

First impression, nice site. Caravans ok. In a supposedly 'Prestige' van. On closer inspection, caravans are filthy. Bathroom floors dirty, mouldy shower curtain. A bath mat that could walk out on its own. Dirty kitchen floors, which we stuck to when walking on it. Dust and dirt bushed together and hidden under a mat. Dirty bed linen, lucky we took... more

We booked this holiday via the Sun £9.50 holidays. I've been to 3 different Haven sites; Lakelands (which was not good at all) , Perranporth in Cornwall which was really good and now Greenacres, which was the best of the three. I upgraded to a superior caravan which cost me an extra £40. I brought my own linen. My Satnav... more
