We were chartering a sailboat from Sunsail and wanted to stay nearby. We looked at the Beachcombers & Mariner Inn but went with Sunsail's Lagoon Hotel mainly due to proximity. Overall, it worked for us.

We were greeted warmly by the front desk person, Roslyn who was very helpful & patient with all our questions/requests.

We stayed in room # 103. It was very simple and straighforward. Two queen size beds, a small bathroom, dresser, desk, open closet and small balconey overlooking the marina.

The hotel and rooms are in need of an update which I believe the management would agree. The room was showing its age and wear. But we were not looking or expecting anything fancy so we were not disappointed. Everything worked especially the air conditioning (remote controlled wall mounted) which was most important to us. Despite its age, the room was very clean.
