Stayed here recently for the cricket and had a great time, our rooms were clean and got made up everyday, great breakfast that started the day off well, all staff were friendly and very helpful, if you need a taxi/guide then ask for Chester great guy and very knowledgeable. Just try ringing this place to speak to a member of staff - Their front of house staff are rude and uncivil - your complaints to the "Management" will go ignored.
