My stay at over priced Monique’s guesthouse was very unpleasant. From the rusty bathroom pipes to the cobwebbed widow panes are only a few distasteful furnishings. I stayed at Monique's in September 2007 and i have to say i was blown away by the setting. Overlooking lush greenery, staff made us feel welcomed and was always helpful. I stayed in the Monique's Guest House because in that week all hotels in Port Of Spain where booked up, that is very usual in POS. Myself and my 2 daughters had a wonderful stay at Moniques. Everybody was warm and welcoming , and I would certainly like to repeat my stay when I return to Trinidad. Excellent all round. more
