We stayed in Coconut Heights for our first week of our honeymoon and it was total heaven. I cannot believe our luck in finding such a great place to spend our holiday. The apartment was clean, it had all we needed and there was a warm, welcoming feel about it - a homely atmosphere. We had it all, a wonderful... more

The friendly fishing village of Castara is probably the prettiest spot on a lovely island, and the Beach House undoubtedly has the best location in it. Perched just above the aptly-named Heavenly Bay, it offers a beautiful, ever-changing view and almost perfect tranquillity (the hyper-active rooster next door becomes part of the soundtrack to Paradise, along with the lapping of... more

We stayed in both downstairs cottages 3/4 nights each and loved our stay. The manager Porridge goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and sort out anything you may need for your stay. The area is great, not too many tourists around, and Little Bay is very private with good snorkelling just off the beach. The Beach... more

If you're looking for accommodation off the beaten track and a beach that is sometimes yours alone, I do not hesitate to recommend the Beach House. My apartment was simple and well-kept, kitchen facilities more than adequate, and the view over the Caribbean Sea lovely. You will be visited by tropical birds, lizards, free-range chickens, and dogs. Little Bay is... more

Spent an all too short 6 nights in the Coconut Heights apartment which is the whole top floor. Open air living overlooking the beach at Heavenly Bay, with loads of space and everything you need from enclosed bedroom, to hammock and fully equipped kitchen. Castara is really laid back and non commercial and Porridge and Jeanelle couldn't be more helpful,... more

Tobago, Castara, The Beach House...I've been to over 50 countries and have never considered returning to the same place until now. The Beach House is everything promised and more than can be described in words. The accommodations were tidy, cozy and romantic. The location was one of the best on earth...breath taking views, secluded beach, tranquil atmosphere. The Beach House... more

We just got back last night from Tobago and staying at The Beach House. It was the best location in Castara for the beach. It is very secluded but yet you felt very safe. We stayed in the Breadfruit Cottage. It was clean and had the most wonderful view of the sea. We just walked down a short path to... more

We have just returned from spending five nights at the Beach House in Castara and I recommend it to anyone who is interested in birds, snorkelling and relaxing in a beautiful place which is safe and friendly. The birds were amazing = there is a bird 'table' where you can leave leftover bread etc and you can sit and relax... more

I was surprised to read the poor review on the Tobago Beach House. We have been staying there for the past five years for a month and sometimes 6 weeks each year. To us it is a piece of paradise!!! How many places can you step off of your front porch onto the beach, walk a few feet into the... more
