I’d support everything said by the Thompson Family in the previous review, but with one or two caveats.
The first is that there are various websites where Villa Patricia is described as providing “a front row seat” for the wonderful sunsets. This is not true. Perhaps around Christmas, when the sun is well south, you might be able to get a sunset. For the rest of the year there is no sunset visible.
The second is that a new villa has been completed next door, and the planting does not provide a proper screen. The result is that if your neighbors walk down to the end of their garden, they have a full view of Villa Patricia’s pool area and the gazebo. For this reason alone I would not recommend this property.
Regarding tennis, there are rackets in the villa, but I’d recommend taking your own balls, as the ones provided have seen better days!
Car hire is essential, of course, and if you want to explore the island, get a vehicle that’s capable of dealing with unmade... more
