The hotel is nice enough, but the service, quality of food, and cleanliness were not of 5 star quality. The location is nice and the staff is pleasant, but the place just felt a bit overcrowded for a boutique style hotel. The spa was great though.

Loved regent palms. We had a one bedroom suite poolside and loved it!!!our room was the best we have ever had and we stay usually at 5 star. Properties. Pizza at pool bar and grounds are stunning. Best pool/swim up bar we have seen in some time. Great service. Can't wait to return

This resort was very nice- no major complaints. The age of this property definitely shows and there were several areas that could've used some attention. The service was good- concierge and management were excellent but restaurants, poolside, etc was just fair. We have two small children and the pool was great for them.
