My business partner and I just returned from a 4 night stay for business at the Seven Stars. While not the typical destination to get business done the staff and accommodations at Seven Stars were tops and helped us meet our business goals and get a taste of the Island! We were greeted by O'Brien, an island expert, at the... more

I travel to Provo 3-4 times a year and this is my first time here due to the great rate I received from booking here through tripadvisor. The rooms were absolutely wonderful, the beach is almost isolated for the hotel guest. The swimming pool is very nice and the property is very well maintained. I had breakfast there daily and... more

We just returned from a week in Turks and Caicos at the Seven Stars Resort. The resort is still relatively new (opened summer 2008) and has just recently changed management which is a good thing from what I understand. The location is perfect. Not only are you on the most beautiful beach, but you are right in the middle of... more

I was a little concerned about booking here based on the reviews regarding the management changes so I decided to call the resort directly. After speaking with the reservationist, Yngrit, I decided to book. I believe that staying at Seven Stars was the best decision that I could have made. Everything was perfect, from arrival to departure. Check-in went smoothly,... more

The Seven Stars Resort is a beautiful property located in the heart of Grace bay on a very nice stretch of beach. The rooms are well appointed and most have balconies that face the ocean. However, when one thinks of "seven stars" or the $600 a night room charge, the expectation is that the service would be top-notch. The service... more

I would have to say the most relaxing vacation I have been on. Seven Stars is FANTASTIC - the staff is remarkable, always on hand for you but not to the point where they are dominating you. They were ALL very friendly. When we arrived from the airport we were greeted with cool towels and rum punch. The rooms were... more

The view of Grace Bay from the seventh story of Seven Stars is outstanding, unlike any other vantage point I’ve seen. And the rooms are very nice. But how such a beautiful resort could deliver such a low level of service is beyond me. Communication among staff members was non-existent, requests needed to be made multiple times to get results.... more

We just returned from a few days at Seven Stars. We traveled with another couple so we booked a 3 bedroom ocean front in the Alhena building. The suite has 2 master bedrooms - both are oceanfront, both have balconies off of them! Fabulous for 2 couples. We also had a large family room, kitchen, dining area - also oceanfront.... more

Let me preface this review with this. Two years ago, My husband and I went to Provo and stayed at Regent Palms in a 1 BR suite. So my experience at Seven Stars was inevitably a comparison to Palms. This year, we didn't want to spend quite as much as we would returning to Palms, plus when we were at... more

The Seven Stars in Turks is an elegant, low key place to stay. We stayed in a studio and the room was roomy, well appointed and had an extra large bathroom. We heard rumors from cab drivers that the resort was having troubles, undergoing management changes. But you'd never know from staying there. It was spotless and very well maintained.... more
